Care Instructions: Hand wash with NO soap and towel dry immediately.  DO NOT place in dishwasher or soak for an extended period of time. Every 1-2 weeks, apply with an all-natural grain grease, such as walrus oil or a food safe board oil to protect the wood and keep your item looking new.  Long exposure to direct sunlight can cause the board to yellow over time if the epoxy is clear.
