We started this journey early in 2021 after months of planning. Right now we are focusing on custom boards made of resign and different kinds of wood. We are hoping to keep growing and eventually focus more on making entire tables out of natural wood and resign. We are very committed to our quality of our product and want to ensure that everyone one of our valued customers are happy with their purchase. We are very excited to continue this journey we have started.

LATHEA BOWEN
THE STORY OF L&L DESIGN BY TWO CHICKS
With a diverse background of human services, telecommunications, and even phlebotomy, Lathea is most comfortable as a fundraiser and volunteer. Over the past decade, She has helped to raise more than $100,000 in support of numerous non-profit organizations. This experience includes support to an overseas international school in Baku, Azerbaijan, Carwise Middle School PTSA in the Tampa Bay region, and the local high school swim team. She has served as a military spouse and holds a degree in Human Services, with an emphasis in Gerontology. Where she ran senior center mobility and fall prevention programs. She also holds a phlebotomy degree form NOVA and has practiced in Virginia and Florida. Presently, she serves as Patron/Grant Writer for Pinellas County Council PTA,
Vice President of the local high school Swim and Dive booster, President of the local high school wrestling team booster, and serves on the UTB Education Foundation Scholarship committee. Lathea is more at home with a circular saw and sanding tools than a cubicle and a spreadsheet. With this interest and friendship forged as volunteers on the pool deck, Lathea and Katie conceived L & L Design By Two Chicks.
